I would like to Thank everyone for coming out.  I hope everyone learned some new things.  A BIG Thanks to Irma for her demo on scroll work.  
Thanks to those, who have donated raffle items.  We still need more, please bring to next meeting. On a personal note I Thank everyone for voting for my photos to be in the spotlight.  May, will be the next voting for spotlight.
 
Monthly Recipe
 
Mandy's Butter Cream
 
2 cups shortening
1 cup butter
1/3 cup  heavy cream
1 tbs butter-vanilla extract
2 lb powdered sugar
 With you whisk attachment, cream together shortening and butter, until smooth.  Add cream and extract. Whip on med-high for 3 mins. it should doubled in volume.  Add sugar mix until smooth.  Enjoy
